Updated 1 October 2026. These terms apply to use of ambeveil.site. Project services are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement accepted by both parties. Browsing or making an enquiry does not create a service contract.
Before work begins, the agreement defines deliverables, fees, payment milestones, timing, review rounds and responsibilities. Extra work or changes beyond scope require agreement and may affect costs and delivery dates.
Clients must supply accurate information, timely feedback, authorised access and content they have permission to use. Delays or missing dependencies may affect the schedule. Do not provide credentials through the public enquiry form.
There is no checkout or payment collection on this website. Project fees and any domain, hosting, licence or platform charges are stated in the proposal. No paid service begins solely because you submitted an enquiry.
Ownership of project deliverables, source files and usage rights is specified in the project agreement. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences. Website text and original assets may not be reused without permission except as permitted by law.
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code or send unlawful content. Use the site and any resulting services in accordance with applicable law.
We aim to provide accurate information and a usable website. Availability may be affected by maintenance and third-party services. We do not guarantee business results, search rankings or advertising approval.
Cancellation and refund terms are described in the cancellation policy and project agreement. Contact support@ambeveil.site first to discuss concerns. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
